Cooper Shantz, a local of South Oak Bay, spent his formative years navigating the tree-lined streets by bike and forming a deep bond with his community. Following his high school education and university studies at the University of Victoria, Cooper embarked on a 25-year journey in the automotive industry signing off on over 40,000 vehicle transactions, and generating over $2 billion in sales.
In 2016, Cooper established Livco Developments Ltd. Over the years, he has developed properties in the Highlands, Mill Bay, and along the waterfront of Lake Cowichan. His ventures included comprehensive renovations of three properties in West Vancouver, one of which graces the renowned Golden Mile, “King George's Way” in the British Properties.
Recently, Cooper proudly unveiled a new build in South Oak Bay, "The Beach House," which was honoured with two top awards at the prestigious Care Awards at the Empress Hotel in 2023.
Over the past two years, he has dedicated himself to furthering his knowledge and expertise, completing the real estate program with the University of British Columbia.
